SHIPPING - We ship to the Continental United States via the US Postal Service. Additional shipping charges will apply if 
shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. CDs, DVDs, books, and affiliate programs are shipped from separate warehouses so occasionally packages may arive on different days but this will not affect your shipping charges. All bank check and credit card orders are processed within 48 hours and you should receive your order in 7-14 business days. You will be notified by e-mail of any exceptions or extenuating circumstances.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS – If product is damaged in shipping, you must notify us by e-mail at returns@thehomebizresource.com within 4 days of receipt. We will ship your replacement as soon as we receive the damaged product. Damaged product should be returned to D'saints, 708 Main Street, Niagara, WI 54151.
REFUND EXEMPTIONS - Materials with reprint/reproduction rights, shareware, and affiliate programs do not qualify for refunds.
